Registration

Registration closed on May 8th, 2023 (11:59pm Paris time).

Please do not contact us via the registration server (Azur-Colloque)! For some reason, the emails from there come to us with no sender address, so we are unable to reply.  Please use the addess epit2023@sciencesconf.org.

Registration covers full board accommodation, with check in on Sunday, June 11th and check-out Friday, June 16th.  It may be possible to book one extra night (and check out on Saturday, June 17th) by making individual arrangements with the Vieille Perrotine staff.  Please contact the organizers if you need this.

The registration fee depends on the kind of accommodation and academic status:

• Single room, full fare: 520€
• Single room, PhD student fare: 440€
• Double room: 340€ (all double rooms are booked, sorry!)

Since this is a CNRS-sponsored event (école thématique) CNRS employees may register at no cost.

The number of double rooms is limited.  They will be attributed on a first-come-first-served basis.  If you wish to share a double room with a specific participant, please contact the organizers, otherwise the assignment will be random.

Plase note that all rooms have shared bathroom facilities:

• single rooms share the bathroom/shower with another single room (so participants in single rooms will share the bathroom with another participant);
• double rooms share the bathroom/shower with another double room (so participants in double rooms will share the bathroom with three other participants).

Please note that we are using a standard registration platform provided by CNRS (Azur-Colloque).  Apart from some mild customization, we do not control its contents.  In particular, we apologize to non-binary people for the form offering a binary-only gender selection (in fact, we apologize for the form asking for the gender at all, which is a completely irrelevant information).
